Are Anxiety Attacks Triggered By OCD
? What a great question.
Lets break this question in two parts. We first have Anxiety
attacks and then there is OCD.
With my experience an anxiety
attack does not happen if my thinking has been switched off otherwise no matter what you do you would encounter an attack. What triggers an anxiety attack in many cases is something you think about. How long do you think about what you’re thinking about and if you’re thinking about this over and over again is this where the OCD link is from?
With my personal experience dealing with both I do believe there is some form of repetitive thinking which is linked to OCD that happens and causes the anxiety attack. So if you’re thinking and experiencing anxiety attacks you may be experiencing a small form of OCD in which I recommend you see 2 Doctor’s to see what verdicts both come up with and analyze the results yourself after all you do want the best care possible.
Can you imagine for a moment how many people
on earth are experiencing anxiety attacks that were triggered from continuously thinking about something without the person knowing they may be experiencing OCD.

Monitoring Your Depression
can take time to do. If you are aware that you go through depressed moments or if you notice when you get depressed then it will be easy for you to monitor your depression.
When I start to get depressed due to a situation that I was facing I tend to think about what the cause was and what I can do to stop this scenario from happening again. Monitoring your depression can be done a few ways. I do this by observing the situation and how I reacted and what the outcome was.
As human beings we all communicate differently. You will need a process that works with you.
Here are some suggestions in how to monitor your depression.
Visual People
– If you’re a person who likes to read and see a monitoring process you can use is to write down your experiences from start to finish and where you will be able to see clearer the patterns that may cause you to be down.
Auditory people – If you’re a person who loves music or loves hearing audio your way of monitoring this would be to use a small voice recorder where you can record your feelings and experiences from start to finish where you will be able to playback and listen to what your speaking about.
Feeling People – I am a feeler and the way I do this process is by thinking and feeling what is going on and how I got to the state of feeling down.
Whatever method you use one that works and I also suggest you do is to write your thoughts in a Journal or Diary. Now and then go back to these writings and there you will see other things that you could not see before.
Depression can be beaten if you take the necessary steps in removing that dark cloud that can send us into a thought zone that is not us but the depression no matter whether it is mild or high.

Depression
triggers for people
can consist of a number of different things. I have found with my experience that depression creeps up to you slowly just like a big ball rolling down a hill. The further the ball rolls down the hill the more faster it rolls down. People don’t wake up in the morning with depression. Depression can be triggered by a number of things which could be around the environment one lives, bullying, cash flow problems, self belief issues etc
There is one definite thing that can cause depression and that is experiencing something on a harsh scale that can take away some of your independence or can cause physical injury from an accident. What this also does I believe is it makes you loose part of your soul. Some of you reading this might be thinking otherwise but I do believe in the soul retrieval process as long as it down by someone experienced and i think can help with depression.
Everyone in society has a responsibility to fulfill in the actions they take whether in when they are dealing with people or in any society based situation. Its the incorrect actions you may take that can become the depression triggers for people. Examples of this is Car rage and school yard bullying. By committing any of these acts towards people not only are they causing people grief but also the possibility of depressing these people. If people opt to be this way then they will need to remember the law of Karma which works for verbal and physical damage one causes another person.
It would be great if we can pinpoint these triggers straight away without the cause effect of depression.

Dealing with Depression
is one of the hardest things a person will need to deal with. At the age of 39 I am fully understanding the depression that I have encountered in the past, the triggers and how it can corrupt your way of thinking into a real negative. I feel deeply for the younger people
of today who have pressures and expectations in which a few may be going through this and some only resort to the only way out they think it exists.
Life is wonderful and there are a stack of tools one can use to help themselves get through this. One key area of depression may be the loss of soul parts either during a major event in this life or in a past life. This event could be anything from a car crash or physical abuse for example.
If things are not looking positive for you or you may be down and spending more time in bed or you know that your going through depression it’s ok to seek help from your Doctor and join a support group so you can chat with and relate to other people going through the same thing you’re going through.
Once you have your depression under control I suggest you look at finding a few things that can help you to get out of it if it occurs again. 10 years ago I went on a search to find something that can help me in which I found a high dosage multivitamin would boost me up after a week or so taking them every time I felt down. Everyone is different so this is up to you to find what works with you. You may find that taking a multivitamin will help or you may also find that Zen Meditation may will help you. In many cases St Johns Wort will also help.

Helping People
with Anxiety is an easy thing to do if you understand a few things.
Lets get the facts out of the way first. In truth and I mean no respect to you however if you have never experienced an anxiety
attack you would not know how it feels like. This is ok you still can help someone but the first rule is never tell a person going through anxiety
they will be ok because it will frustrate them. I remember many people telling me this and it was very annoying to say the least.
The thing people want most is for someone to be there soundboard which means someone that will listen to them as they speak about what they are going through. Be there for them and help them with what they need.
If a person has issues going outside and they have become a recluse there is a reason behind this. OCD
starts off small then grows into a huge monster. In this case the reason a person does not want to go outside is being of this situation being the trigger of anxiety.
Many people including myself will stop doing things that may trigger an Anxiety attack. My life for the past 9 years has been wonderful with very minor episodes of Anxiety attacks due to control of these situations. My next challenge when I am ready is to fly again and to see how I cope. Being on a spiritual path and having completed so many wonderful healing
sessions on myself I am at the point where my body is ready but I need to get myself mentally ready.
A few other things to remember is that it is ok if someone does not want to move forward from getting better from a situation. A person starts to heal when they are ready not being pushed by another person. Source - Helping people with anxiety.

Guided Meditation for Anxiety is perfect for anyone who is about to do something that may trigger an anxiety
attack.
With my experiences I have found that anxiety
attacks occur either via thought or a trigger from a past event that you’re going through when it occurs. I am a person that believes in past lives and that our soul has a data bank with all of our experiences stored here in much in some cases Anxiety can occur from.
I will give you an example. I know from my past experiences that when I have an anxiety attack it was because of the thoughts that were running in my head. Back in about 1998 I decided to go with my sister’s family to Queensland, Australia. Everything was fine however as soon as I sat in the plane and the engine started I smelt the fumes and then I had a massive anxiety attack. This was odd because it may have been the fumes or the plane moving that had caused this anxiety attack. In either scenario for the first time it was not my thoughts that caused this.
In July 2007 during a soul retrieval session what came up was that I was a flying Doctor/Healer in the era of Atlantis and that the craft I was traveling smashed. I am yet to travel in a plane again and I will be waiting in anticipation whether I will react in this same way again or not since soul fragments around this were retrieved.
Back to the guided meditation for anxiety session.
This is a simple meditation to do. You commence this meditation session just before you do what will cause you anxiety.
The process is simple if a plane causes you anxiety then before the plane trip do the following:
1. Sit somewhere in quietness.
2. See yourself in the plane.
3. See the plane take off.
4. See the plane land
5. See yourself being already in the place you will visiting.
You can get as visual as you want to during the meditation session.
Use a similar approach to the above for your situation.
